One which says "Speak to Lance-Captain" and the other one has the first part ticked off, and says "Head to railroad church". Guess what? The brotherhood was there, and they were shooting around at the railroad, just like before. :D It set me back to "Speak to Lance-Captain Kells." So, I went to the railroad church, and I went inside.
